Meet Wind ✨

Wind is a valued practitioner in The Bridge community and a beautiful embodiment of grounded, heart centered healing. You will find her supporting the space with client concierge on Monday afternoons and leading her weekly meditation class in our stunning Awakening Room every Monday at 6:30 pm. Show up and experience it for yourself.

Wind is a Reiki Master and holistic wellness practitioner known for her calm, grounding presence and her ability to create a supportive space for healing and real change. Through her work, she helps individuals regulate their nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels gentle, sustainable, and aligned.

Blending Reiki, vibroacoustic therapy, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, Wind guides clients through experiences that support the body in slowing down, resetting, and restoring balance. Her work meets you exactly where you are, offering tools and experiences that help you move beyond feeling stuck and into meaningful shifts.

She continues to grow her practice here at The Bridge Healing Arts Center, contributing to a space rooted in connection, expansion, and overall well being.

Nada Yoga & Vibrational Therapy Certification

Yoga is one of the oldest yogic paths, using sound (Nada) as a gateway to meditation, inner awareness, and healing. The Level 1 Certification training in Nada Yoga & Vibrational Therapy with Master Sound Healer will be held on Saturday, February 21st at the Bridge Healing Arts Center. Nada Yoga is one of the oldest yogic paths, using sound (Nada) as a gateway to meditation, inner awareness, and healing. Rooted in classical yogic traditions, this path teaches that the entire universe—including the human body—is composed of vibration, and that conscious engagement with sound can restore harmony on both subtle and physical levels.

This Level 1 training offers a strong foundation in authentic Sound Yoga while bridging ancient sutras and yogic philosophy with modern vibrational therapy practices. Participants will explore tradition-based teachings, ethical use of sound, and practical applications that support responsible and grounded facilitation. The vision of this training is to preserve the lineage of Nada Yoga, honor its scriptural roots, and cultivate practitioners who approach sound healing with humility, integrity, and deep respect for the sacred nature of sound.
